Rebate status - you will receive your Economic Stimulus Tax Rebate check soon - I guess
Last month, we were announced that our tax rebate check could be delayed.
The picture From the IRS website shows the schedules for economic stimulus payments related to tax returns processed by April 15, 2008.
The IRS had also announced that "....A small percentage of tax returns will require additional time to process and to compute a stimulus payment amount..."
Were now at week 5 of rebates and so far The Treasury Department has already sent out 5.7 million economic stimulus payments this week. Until now, more then $4 billion were sent as part of the government's plan to reinvigorate the nation's sluggish economy.

How much money to expect?
A single filer - minimum payment $300, maximum payment $600.
Married taxpayers filing jointly - minimum payment $600 , maximum $1,200.
Taxpayers with children will receive an additional $300 per child under 17.
